Information collected

Real World BAS may collect your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, consultation questionnaire responses, username, email verification status, consent records, current title, experience level, preferred training format, training interests, assessment progress and results, login session information, and basic security information used to prevent abuse. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes.

How the information is used

Verify your email, provide secure account access, and support password recovery.
Coordinate and respond to training consultation requests and schedule follow-ups.
Understand which training programs, curricula, and scheduling options are most useful.
Send requested course and Real World BAS updates.
Protect the website and forms from spam, bots, fraud, and misuse.

Service providers

Cloudflare is used for website hosting, server functions, database services, security, and Turnstile bot protection. Resend is used to deliver one-time verification codes and requested email updates. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Cookies and login sessions

After email verification or account sign-in, the website creates a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. It supports account and assessment access and is not intended for advertising tracking. The site may also store your light or dark theme preference in your browser.

Data retention and security

One-time codes expire quickly and are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Password-reset codes can be used to replace a forgotten password and invalidate existing account sessions. Account, consultation, and assessment records may be retained while training services remain active. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Email preferences

You may unsubscribe from non-transactional updates using the unsubscribe option included in future marketing emails. Verification and account-security messages may still be sent when you request them.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your consultation, profile, or account information by contacting info@realworldbas.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the training platform, payment access, or legal requirements develop. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
